Should the intercooler pipe be this loose and harness question

Hi guys, I'm in the process of replacing a few glow plugs and found that the pipe to the intercooler seems really loose. Is this normal? See the video below

Also found out that the ECM where the main wire harness is, popped out of its plastic holder and was slapping against the top shock mount. The main harness was then sitting on top of the intercooler pipe and had started to rub through. Luckily everything is ok with the harness but what about this mark on the intercooler boot?

As long as the tube isn't slipping in the rubber sleeve, you should be good.

When the engine rocks on the motor mounts there needs to be a place for flex between the (rocking) engine and the fixed radiator and intercooler.
