How hard is the Precision billet grill to install? What need to be cut and drilled?

It wasn't too hard on my '02. Just cut out the mesh area and drilled four holes in the sides of the grill. Then bolted it in. Total install took about 1.5 hours. I haven't gotten one on my '05 yet, but I don't see how it would be any harder.
