if it were me i would skip all that stuff for now and get a cheap tuner or maybe even a used one then do those mods later on because u will probably benefit more with a programmer or tuner

Making the engine breathe easier will pay dividends for as long as you own the truck, and it doesnt matter if you have done a tuner or not. The more you try to boost power with a tuner, the more you will need to improve the breathing.

I picked up a good 10% mileage with cat back exhaust and free flow intake.

And, the factory warranty is not at issue like it can be with a tuner.
