Truck has over 250,000 miles on her. She has original injectors (knock on wood
) and I have done the "ice pick fix" to #2 and #7 harness. I run some 2 stroke oil and some power service in every tank-full to help my fpr which has been showing signs of being tired.
I like to monitor my trucks 'health' and performance. I do have some loping idle but I am 99% sure its my fpr.
...But I have noticed lately that a couple of my injectors balance rates are way off, but only once the engine is warm.
When I first start the engine, and check the rates, they are perfect. But if i drive the truck for 20+ minutes, and then check them again, I have a couple injectors that are waaayyy off, as in... when I'm in park they read 7-8.
Does this sound normal? The CTS says to check the rates after a 'cold startup'.
Thanks!
