lets see how they look on a 2500hd
what size tire you guys useing
would i need to trim any thing

would like to see a Sliver Birch truck

You can put a 285/70R17 tire on those rims and only have to level the front of the truck. I just bought a set and am getting ready to put new tires on them. My truck is silver also.

As stated, your safest large tire bet is the 285/70/17. Check my garage for pics with your color.
With absolutely no trimming, go the 265's. If you want to crank to level, cut, or go the best route which is Cognito's leveling kit, then do that and 285's are a cinch.
Hope this helps.....

Sorry for the poor pics...I keep forgetting to shoot some new ones.

'08 H2s with 285/70/17 BFG ATs. Only trimming is to the front valance. T-Bars at stock height.

WOW! They look great. That sealed it for me. It's 285/70's for my truck.

Oops...I overlooked that you're looking for chrome. These aren't. Just machine finish.

I'm going to be running 295/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers with chrome H2s this spring/summer. Here is the stance I'm going for:

Ideally, yes, you would run either the old or NBS center cap.
You can run the Hummer H2 stock center cap if you'd like. You'll need to run a spacer on the rears in order to fit them. I think there's some guy on here that mods the oem H2 cap that normally says "Hummer" on it and can make it a clean finish if you want.
But most guys just don't want to run the H2 centercap because it says Hummer on our Chevy trucks....doesn't really go together ya know....

Does anyone know what the cost to powercoat the inside between each spoke on the new 08 H2 wheels would cost. I think this would look sweet on a black truck. Has anyone done this yet?? I know of some who have done the older h2 wheels, but not the new 08 style.

The GMC center cap really brings the chrome H2s to life.Looks great on NODMAXs truck!

I can't upload my pictures because I used them in another thread a while back !! I'll have to figure out how you delete them from an old thread !!

Anyway........if you want to look at mine........there's some pic's in my garage !!

With the cognito UCA's I've got 295's with no rubbing. T-bars are very slightly turned.

So some of you guys are running the H2 setup w/ lifting your trucks? Just cranking your t-bars? I'm curious. I got a chance to get some H2 factory takeoffs here in town. If ya'll are running 315/70/17 w/ just t-bars or leveling kits please let me know.
