"GM Vehicle Cal. Info." question for GM Tech.

I'm going to the dealer later this week to get the latest calibration done on my truck, mainly for the surge. I got the information for the re-flash from the website calid.gm.com/vci/ with my VIN number, and printed it out to take to them. They seem not to know about this re-flash, so I'm helping them out the best I can. (Thank ALL of you here at "The Diesel Place")
Now my question is, under Calibration History for :Engine Operation, and Calibration History for :Engine, they give the exact same Description for the Service cal fixes, but the Part Number's are NOT the same? What is the differance between "ENGINE OPERATION" re-flash and the "ENGINE" re-flash?:help2:

Thanks,
jc

All they need to do is hook up the tech II, request the info and then try and download the most current program. If you have the most current, it will not allow them to do an update. In the amount of time they look in the Tech II at your current calibration then go check to see what the latest calibration is, they could have just attempted the update.
