i dont want anybody out there to think i am crazy . or a baby i know i am driving a diesiel.

here it is. i picked up my lbz 4 door dually 2 weeks ago. i felt it from the test drive. i really feel the motor vibration through brake pedal. i am not complaining about it it just seems like more then i have ever noticed before with my other trucks 06 cummins,94 ford turbo diesiel,01 duramax. like i said i know it is a diesel . i was just curious . its almost like a part of the brake assembly is making contact with another part thats how noticable it is. not complaining great truck fortunate i can own one i was just wondering

thanks alot.

I too just bought a 2007 gmc HD 2500 crew and I feel the same thing.
I think i can actually feel mine worse at certain times. talk about going crazy.
someone else drove it and said same thing about vibration in pedal.
it is nothing terrible, and yes this is my first diesel so I too am not to worried.

I have had mine for a little over 6 months now. When I first drove the truck, I could feel the vibration when I was sitting at a traffic light or idling. I think when the brakes wear in a bit it eithr goes away or you get used to it. The other thing i noticed was that I didn't need t press the pedal so hard. The harder I pressed that more obration in the pedal. I don't even notice the vibration now at all. Witht hat being said, i would not worry about it actually being a mechanical problem

Relax guys--It's just the hydroboost system(power steering pump provides the pressure for the brakes) What you are feeling is the pressure pulsations of the PS pump through the brake pedal.

thanks guys sometimes i dont want to say anything.my buddy says that every truck i have ever had i find something wrong maybe i should just buy a bicycle.the hydroboost makes sense it is a pretty good vibration though.unless there are two mechanical parts making contact that should not be i think we have to live with it like it or not i could not see a solution unless someone out there felt it and fixed it. not that it changes anything my 01 did not do that i would remember. oh well thanks again guys maybe something will come up.

Yup, what lizzard said. You will really notice it when pulling a heavy load in tow/haul mode.
