Should just be turn ignition to access. (not starting engine) and depress throttle to the floor 5 times within 5-10 seconds and turn ignition off. Once u turn it back on (start it) it should blink a few times and reset itself. Thats the way mine is at least. Try it.

 

i just woke up from my nap and i checked with my buddy at GM and he said the same thing but 3 times, but he can't remember for sure. So it looks like its one or the other.
