A,I.R. Relay, RR HVAC Relay and Crank Relay Missing?

My First Question is what does the A.I.R. relay do? Mines missing from the underhood fuse box. Also, while checking fuses I noticed that I am missing fuses in the #5 and #8 spots, the RR HVAC fuse and the Crank Fuse respectively. I'm most concerned about the Crank fuse and the fact that there are no metal retainers for these fuses so fuses don't even fit:eek: . Any help would be appreciated

AIR = Air Injection Reactor. That's the so called "smog" pump on gassers. RR HVAC is probably the rear air on a Suburban. Crank Relay??? I dunno.

Thanks for the response, Gonnasellit. Guess I don't need those two, but as for the Crank Fuse, I'm still stumped.

Bump. Crank Fuse anyone? Where are the metal retainers that would hold the fuse? Did somebody remove these. I've read that the fuse gets power with the key in the start position to help power the lift pump or lift pump relay. My lift pump purrs and pumps out a steady stream of fuel? Anyway, I'm hoping to get this figured out before I go to the parts store to pick up my new boost gauge:D

P.S. Check my sig. I have some 6.5 parts to give away

why are you giving away tools? (the jack)

Because with my oversize tires the jack don't do jack:D
And because since I can't really help out my fellow 6.5er's with "expertise" at least I can hook em up with some parts
