4" exhaust with K40 Exhaust Brake

One more question for the EX perts...
My 2005 4500 LLY has the exhaust brake in front of the cat.
AND it is SMALL!!!
The pipe in necked down to less than 3"
Has any one done a fix for this???
I want to put 4" from the front to the back but....
I will not remove the valve, because I love the exhaust brake when towing my 38ft race car hauler....
Any help would be Appreciated:cool:

On a 2004.5 and 05. I would look for a program that uses Turbo Vanes like the 2006 and newer trucks have. Some EFI Live programs do this. Other options is to replace OEM exhaust brake with a Pacbrake 4" (C44048) or other after market exhaust brake.

Thanks for the info...
I think... I've found a 4" valve on ebay!
I'm trying to run 4" all the way out the back, BUT the rear fuel tank is CLOSE to the pipe
I'll take picks and let you know how the exhaust works out ...:rolleyes:
