I am working on a 08 LMM that has oil dripping out in the exhaust exit end(could be raw fuel but more thicker liquid). It has downpipe, dpf delete 5 inch exhaust, egr delete, efi live. Smells kinda like tranny fluid but it is not coming from tranny fluid. It could be raw unburned fuel or oil but could not say for sure. Color from the liquid swabbed from exhaust exit end on a white towel paper showed a goldish tint color. Which is why I ruled out the tranny red color fluid. Tranny fluid is full mark level. Engine oil mark definiley is down the half way mark between add and full. No leaks up front. Runs smoothly, no codes. Engine oil fill cap is dry--no blow by. I was told that a code popped up momentarily for low boost that went away quickly and turbo seems to run okay. All inspection points to the only thing it is losing...engine oil which obviously is going out the exhaust. I can verify that nothing is filling the crankcase nor any fuel in the crankcase. Oil changed 600ish miles ago. The Efi live, Egr Delete, DPf delete exhaust, downpipe was all done 600 miles ago also.
What am I dealing with? My thought is the turbo is leaking oil into the exhaust...am I right?
