now i know what the slight rattle is when i turn the truck off and it shakes a bit.

theres a spot where its gettin a little worn down. doesn't seem like an urgent problem but it also seems like in 50k miles i might have a hole in the pipe right there. what should i do?

ya it might be that the ubolt clamp isn't tight enough. ive had a problem with the exhaust slipping apart from vibration at the 4-5 in adapter pipe which is like a foot from the spot pictrued above. if i can get the 4 in back in the adapter and tighten the clamp enough, maybe, just maybe will if fix the problem.

or am i thinkin to optimistically?

thanks so much. So loosen the bolts on the adapter and then the one right before the muffler? Will I be able to get it tight enough with a ratchet?
