New to this, I am getting white haze at idle, slight purge at idle,, no diesel in oil, plenty of power like always, FPR? Worst case scenario it will be injectors just trying to save myself some money with being off work due to the COVID-19 garbage going around.

Start with the easy things. Make sure the thermostats are not going bad ( sticking open) and you are getting up to full operating temperature. Then run some injector cleaner through it, I had good luck with CRC 1-tank.

I'd say surge is the regulator and the haze is the VCO style injectors. Not cheap to fix right, but done with the appropriate quality parts it should last many years without repeat.
