Hey guys,

I have a 4" Magnaflow Stainless Steel Cat-back exhaust on my truck. I am now wanting to get the cat out of there and looking for a front pipe. I saw that MBRP makes them and was wondering if the finish on the pipe matter. I can get the stainless steel front pipe for $130. The aluminized pipe cost $107. If I get the aluminized, I save money and can get it shipped in two days using their next day air for $49. The ss pipe will be $130 plus the $49.

My question is, does it matter which frontpipe I get to go with my ss cat-back?

SeñorSalgado,

The same pipe will fit no matter what material, so the difference in materials is up to you and what you want to get. I would reccomend getting the same material as the rest of the system so it matches up etc.
