It basically depends on what you are looking for. Some vendors sell it with high power tunes, some sell it with tow tunes and others sell with no tunes. It's definately worth buying from a Dieselplace supporting vendor vs another due to the support you get from them on and off of this site.

I personally bought mine from Guy Tripp (SoCal Diesel); he was very helpful, got it shipped out right away, I'd definately reccomend him to anyone looking for EFI...
