Im ready to install my tripple pod with Auto meter Ultra lite II gauges. I would like them to dim when needed. Do you guys hook them up to the dimmer wire somewhere? If so what color and location is the wire (07 LBZ). Is there a way to make them dim seperate from the inst gauges. Any links to the install would be great. Thanks guys!

on my 03 it was a brown wire with a white stripe, I tied to it behind the headlight switch

You could take the easy route and use a fuse tap in the fuse for the instrument lights

unless they changed something in the 07, the brown wire behind your headlight switch mentioned above will do the dimming deeds.

You can also get dimmer power from the elctric brake controller harness that is supplied with the tow package.
