I was wondering what everyone would recommend for a good set point on exhaust temperature to have the turbo timer shut down the motor? I've heard 300 is good and I have heard of other temps. Thanks guys

turbo cool down can't be judged by egt. the only reason to "cool" a turbo is to prevent hot oil from sitting on the bearings. a 30 second idle is enough time to flow enough oil to cool the bearings.

Let the egt's get down to a normal idling temprature before you shut it off, so i've been told.
