Bought my truck with 52000 miles. Not many records other than dealer said the former owner had all his work done there. What would you all recommend I go ahead and do now? Dealer claims to have changed the oil.

You can change your oil, filter , fuel filter and tranny filter Don't know how mechanically inclined you are but that's a start. There are a lot of posts here on maintenance to help you.

Add lube, air filter, differential fluid and transfer case fluid to the list of easy do-it-yourself maintenance items.

The dealer should have records (mileage and date) of when he did all the services for the PO. See if he can find them, might save you some work and $$$.
