what does EVO modify?

Does anybody know what it modify's? Does it increase fuel rail pressure?, Injector durartion?, boost pressure? or other? Does it defuel for shifts?

The Evo, like most any other off the shelf tuner focuses on 2-4 main tables related to fueling. Timing, fuel rate, and pedal response are the focus.

Most tuners do not alter psi or boost.
