I know this has got to be one the dumbest questions out there but I have to ask. What do you mean when your talking about a "Hot" Programmer or Module? Also, is the predator considered "Hot"?

You heard right. But, PPE also offers a Hot +2 if the "regular" Hot isn't good enough.

I sometimes also just refer to "hot" tune if it's something bigger and badder than predator, edge, hypertech, the standard tunes.

IMO, you can have a "hot" efi tune if you're pushing some serious hp.
