Got a noise sounds like water under pressure when i turn the ignition on(No start) and then turn it off. Only happens after the truck is warmed up. Kinda sounds like what i'd think was the fuel pressure building up, Ignition ON, and then the pressure being released, ignition OFF.

I do need to replace the fuel filter got about 20k on this one. Could this be the cause?

Without hearing the noise hard to say, but I am going to say you have a noise coming from one of the gauge motors in the cluster.

or possibly the orifice tube in the ac and yes I know you werent using your ac but it is cycled on with defroster on. I think there is a tsb if I find it I will post it

nevermind I didnt notice the not running part. sorry
