Wait to Start Light Very Dim

My truck is starting fine. For the last couple days the wait to start light is very dim. Does anyone have any ideas were I can start to correct it. It's a real pain.

sounds like to me the bulb is loose in the dash

try replacing the bulb first. Costs a couple bucks for a pack and takes 15 minutes to pull and reinstall the dash and gauges.
