Does anyone know what : J5916-Block, Fuel Function(Diesel) Replace
means. This was on my VIN printout. Could it be the fuel rail pressure regulator replacement? Just trying to find out if it's been replaced yet.

I would guess it is either the FPR or the common rail itself.
