Hello guys.
I'm pretty new to the whole diesel world and even newer to the 6.2 world im on a learning curve.
I have an 86 j code that seems to have an excessive amount to vibration at idle, but it seems to go away when throttling up?
ideas of what this could be?

Air in the fuel, put a clear hose on the return line.

idle speed a hair low
balancer or belt pully worn
worn injectors

check that balancer for sure. Bad balancer=broken crank.

what do i look for on the balancer to see if it is good or bad?

the rubber. If it is cracked or falling out. don't have any pics handy but must be some on the forum.

i looked at it this morning and it doesnt look like any of the rubber is cracked or gone. but it is also pretty dirty lol. i took a video of it as well i could with my phone but not really sure how to upload it to the site
