We butchered 3 big toms on saturday. It's a kinda early, but they are getting HUGE and if we waited much longer, there's no way they would fit in the oven. My buddy only had room in his freezer for 2, so we had to take care of #3 right away.

He was even too big for the fryer. We had to cook half of him, then flip him over for the other half. It worked out pretty well, but it was hard as hell getting him turned.

Guess what was for dinner last night (and leftover lunch today). Chicken-corn chowder, but with turkey instead of chicken. Yummmm.
