Is there anyway to tell if a used truck already has a tune on it?

Welcome to DieselPlace

Stickers conveniently placed on the truck may be a clue. A DSP5 switch mounted/hidden on the dash is a clue.
The ECM can be labeled sometimes.
If you notice an EGR blocker plate mounted on the engine that is a clue.

Thanks to California's strict emissions requirements the majority of the vehicles are stock.

There's a few upgrade to the truck done by the previous owner, then the truck was repo and sold to a dealer in a auction and I bought it from the dealer
It has a EDGE PRODUCS sticker in the tailgate, that's what make me think that is tuned, Is my first diesel so I wouldn't be able to tale the difference from stock one.

You can research Edge products online for the LML Duramax and look for pictures to compare with items in your truck and help narrow down what it may have
A knowledgeable mechanic shop can help sort things out also
