i had been boosting my 6.2 diesel for about 5 min with my dmax then it stalled suddenly. when tried to restart it, it ran for about 10 seconds and sounded like it was knocking really bad then stalled again. now it just cranks over and doesnt fire. what the hell did i fry? there are no codes that my power tuner could find.

Not knowing where you are located, if you are in COLD weather, I'd think about gelled/frozen fuel. It might help others help you if you fill out your signature.

I am guessing that you are from Saskatchewan. I don't think gelled fuel is the problem, as winter fuel is supplied up here early in the fall. I have boosted with my DMax several times and had no problems, but I have an expensive set of booster cables that are apparently computer friendly (can't hook them up backwards). Have you checked the injector harness near the alternator for the rubbing problem that is common? Could just be coincidence that it stalled while you were boosting.
