Has anyone had any trouble with air in the diesel fuel. I was reading a article about this problem. Here's Why -air becomes entrained in the fuel from sloshing in the tank and vapor develops through pump cavitation; the result of a pressure flow inadequate to meet the needs of the pump. Air/vapor is compressible and when present in the injectors, delays the pressure build-up which results in retarded injection timing.
I understand this will cause a lack of power and mpg
I would like to know if this is a concern with Duramax diesel or any Ford Powerstroke or Dodge Cummings
Thanks
