I've seen some really cool tricks on this forum (using a wooden wedge with a strip of rubber to remove fan clutch, etc.)

Anyone have a special trick or tool to remove the bolts from the back of the EGR with the cab on?

a 6 point boxed end wrench on the nut with a wratched strap to drivers side fender brace to break em loose!

X2, ^ what he said. Just make sure you have the wrench pointing slightly toward the pass. side.

Make sure you use the 6 point wrench and not a 12 point. I made that mistake and now have rounded nuts.
