Just wandering what your temp. is running on your tranny. Mine usually runs between the 100 and 150 mark. I know that when I first got the truck it wouldn't even go up. Now with about 5,000 miles it rises up pretty quick even when it is cold out. I don't ever pull anything. If I am getting on it pretty good it gets up to the 150,170 mark. Is this normal? What an awesome site!!!!!!! Alot of great advice on here.

Mine runs 150F normal tooling around if I hit the interstate. However I have noticed depending on ambient temps, while not pulling a load if its in the 70's outside my 6 speed alli will run 165F-ish. Sounds like all is well on yours.

Around southern Ohio, the ambient temp. has been under 30 degrees for the high of the day, teens at night, lucky to see above 140 degrees on the temp guage. All the time under 140 degrees. So, it seems that yours is ok....
