I'm going to be getting a set of Toyo 33" tires, now the question is, I love the way the MT look Vs. the AT, but how is the wear??? I've drive in the MT and they aren't all the noisy so I can deal with it, but I was wondering if the AT and MT do one last longer then the other.???? NO smoke out of corse:D

What kind of driving do you do for the most part? Unless you do decent amount of off pavement driving the AT will probably be a more practical choice. Going by looks I'd say the MT all the way.

You seem to be favoring the m/t s, which people seem to like, even for those whose trucks only see pavement. From what I've heard, they wear well too. Hopefully someone can substantiate this with some numbers.

Thanks guys for your replys, I think I'll be going with the Toyo AT LT275-70-18 because they have a WAY BETTER load rating, 3640 lbs Vs. 2910 lbs from the 33-12.50-18, plus the AT are about $50.00 cheaper per tire.:D

ya both toyos are good tires if you are just looking at tread life the A/T will last longer but looks and life i would go with the M/T

I run the A/T's on my truck, over 40,000 miles on them now and have about 8,000-10,000 miles left on them. I had them siped when I bought them, really helps them run cool and the increased traction on the snow and ice is great! Will be replacing them with another set this spring...
