I have a 1998 Silverado K3500 with a 6.5 turbo. Can't get this truck over 42 mph before it starts overheating, like 230 degrees. No power, new thermostats, new PMD a couple of months ago, check dump valve on turbo it is working fine. Can't figure this out. Mike

Have you checked for any codes??

Were the Thermostats installed correctly? What Brand thermostat installed?

Have you pulled and inspected/flushed radiator?
Checked Fan and Fan Clutch?
Checked Water Pump shaft for play or leaks?
