Thanks to the guys that do the VIN and RPO lookup I confirmed I should have the tilt down feature on my mirrors. I followed the instructions in the manual, set in Reverse and all that, but it does not work. Am I doing something wrong? Should I schedule a visit to the dealer while I have a warranty?

I am sure you have already checked this, but just in case. Be sure that your settings on your DIC have been enabled for each driver to allow curb view.
You may be diverting to Driver 2 by simply using a different remote.

Hmmmm...the RPO codes say I have tilt. The DIC does not show Tilt. It would help if they had a menu map of the DIC. Or maybe I am overlooking that also. Guess I need to go by the dealer and have them check it out. The wife really wants the tilt to work now that she knows about it.

I was under the impression that the tilt-down feature is only available on the power-fold (non-camper) mirrors.

I didn't think that they tilted either. It is a cool feature though.
