I have had my SD sleeves for a couple years now. My dad ran my truck over a snow bank and bent a tie rod end and the dealer replaced the tie rod and did not install the sleeve because they said that it did not fit. Where can i get a rod that will fit the sleeve? or does SD make bigger sleeves. nw thanks

Did the dealer replace the tie rod with an aftermarket one? I have not seen an OEM tie rod any larger diameter than what the SD sleeves fit.

if you read his post he states "Tie Rod End" i suppose there was no damage done to the sleeve. but i do beleive the moog ones are bigger, u can get oem ones at any autoparts stores. anyone know if the sleeves even come in different sizes for these aftermarket tie rods?

I remember reading that SD said the newer trucks had a slightly different rod so the sleeve had to be changed. Maybe they put the new style on on your truck.
