Has anyone ever had a pulsating feeling in the RPM at low speed? It feels like you are tapping the throttle when you accelerate slowly...But no problem if you just get into it and accelerate hard...Thanks

Sounds like you have a sticking exhaust back pressure valve or clogged tube ... or probably both. It is a problem common to the powerstroke unfortunately. If you are still under the 5 yr 100k factory engine warranty then your ford dealer will cover it at no cost to you. Another possibility though I have only seen 1 so far is that the throttle switch is worn at that off=idle position and is making intermittant contact but all bets are on the EBPV system
