I thought something was wrong the first time I saw the ice message.... Takes a few to get use to.. The first time it was on at 34 degrees and I walked around the truck, cause I knew there wasnt any ice yet... Then just figured it was some sort of msg regarding there is a chance of ice...
Mine said ice this morning also. Temp was 37. Engine kinda noisy. Took about 3 to 4 miles before any heat was felt. How much rattling goes on at 0 and below? Also noticed a noise behind dash under a/c controls (kinda grinding ) I cant wait to get rid of this cold weather!!!
I also live alittle west of Northern Va. and I see ICE alot. Something must be wrong with yours. Mine usually only does it on start up though. After you go for awhile the temp stays up mostly unless you stop somewhere and start-up again.
