Hey guys, I got a brand new Tekonsha Voyager (actually bought it nearly 6 years ago). I installed it in my 01 Ford, but never actually used it.

I need to install it in my new truck. I've got the controller and my GM wiring harness, but do not have the instructions for the controller. I went to Tekonsha's website and I can't navigate because it is all jumbled up (website) for me.

Can anyone give me some direction in how to do it?

Also, I've always s*cked at electrical stuff. I'm not very good at soldering (I know...it's really simple). Is using crimp type connectors a no-no? Need some help.

Thanks

Thanks for the help.

What about making the connections? Are crimp connectors ok?

Thanks

i did this and pluged it in the second slot from the left. Should the light be on when i push the brake or squeeze the button? or does the light only light up when a trailer is connected to it?
