i bought a superchips programmer. lost the receipt and cant get any help.
when you try to program the truck it goes through everything and then says comm lost 002 call superchips. but they wont help since i dont have receipt.

its a 2003 3500 4x4 crew cab. no mods. and can someone help me with what power ranges i can get with superchips.

002 is a code refering to something voltage robbing is on during tuning.
A/C blower fan
doors open
daytime running lights on
hooked up to a trailer
If you feel like you batteries are a few years old and you are still comming up withe the code, take the truck to a local auto parts store and have the batterys load tested.

i used it on a friends truck to see if it worked and now it says vin locked. how do i unlock it?

go back to your friends vehicle and return his vehicle to the stock mode. this will unlock the superchip. the superchip is locked unto the last vehicle that it was used on until that vehicle is returned to stock mode.

superchips will unlock it for $200. very expensive
