Knowing the MAF g/s idling would help, about 25-40 is good, under about 25 and over 40 will set the code, after several times clearing it, reduced power.

Air filter looking fine compared to being actually good is not the same, have you tried a new air filter ?
How many miles do you have on this air filter and do you live in a dusty environment ?

I've seen this so many times and it's so frustrating. People take the time to help someone.
I think they post there question on all the diesel sites and they forget where they have posted at.

To bad threads that are unanswered by the OP after a certain time can't be deleted.

I found the same on the OP's last activity, I suggest to just ignore this thread and any future threads buy this poster especially with having only 10 posts which included this thread over a 8 year period :thumbsdow
