Awesome! Theses are great street truck rules. I'm hoping for the Fair that I can talk them into dropping the 10,500 truck class, and adding a 2.55 or 2.6 class.

More participation = more $$$, right? I think if the RobCoFair folks would adapt to what other reasonably close pulls do, then the more likely there will be more pullers. I know I wouldn't want to set my truck up for multiple rules. What Phil has come up with is great because us local guys can meet these rules AND still venture outside of Springfield to hook. For example, the only 2 things I would need to pull in the Mid Tn Assoc. is a kill switch and a harmonic balancer cover. May not be competitive there yet, but could consistantly know what the rules for set up would be AND still pull twice a year at home. Thanks again Phil.

Exacly what I was looking to do Shep.

The Fair board really doesn't want the show to go past 9:30-10:00 anyway. They are stuck on making it a street legal pull. But........

:funnypost Yeah, that SOB sure didn't make any friends last year. Neither did the fat ass that was TRIPLE checking hitch height at the track entrance. I mean damn, it's just a street pull...not Scheid's.

I'm doing the Tech on the trucks and will be checking hitch height. It never made any sence to me that they tech the trucks, run over the scales, get a number then go park.

I'm going to have you come in get the truck set get a number, go through tech., hit the scales them hit the track....But then again I'm a bastard like that...LOL
