If you research the subject you will find there are no benefits to justify the cost (for most people).
Unless you are pulling and/or racing making big horsepower, I would do no more than adding a better flowing muffler. If you think you just have to do something, you might do as I did and have a muffler shop insert a cutout before the muffler and run a straight pipe to the other side for a dual exhaust look. One side is straight piped and one side runs through a Flowmaster Muffler. Think about it. Sounds great to me, and other diesel truck owners in the local truck club liked it. Has to Flow well too. 1/2 the Cost of some of the Advertised systems.
