When someone gets some results, post them up!

If I wasn't dead last, then I was runner-up for dead last ):h
I was told that the street class had an issue with the sled. I didn't get to see being I was helping tech the trucks in. Had a good time and Larry had a great pull and all the trucks come home with out breaking. Hopefully next time they WILL have better equipment for a points event like this...

Great job John! It was nice to finally meet you a some of the other guys and to get to put a face with the names. I had a great time and Larry got a great hook and brought home the win! Best part is that I don't have any broken trucks to fix. We are going to hit another pull on the way home here in Ohio to aquire some more data on all three trucks. Hopefully the LBZ's do better today.

The sled was the old orange Decision Maker. I wouldn't call it a bad sled, but there may have been some question on rather the rear of the pan was raised on a couple of hooks. A couple guys got screwed, I think.:( :(

I found out what the 100 ft. rule was for. It's for dumb ***** who forget to shift the transfer case to 4lo.: Sleddy yelled in the window, "You're not in 4 wheel drive". I yelled back, "You can't remember everything".:D

Even if the sled was screwed up I still had a good time.

LOL!! Sleddy said I over powered the track. I know he said Fords don't make any power.

I think Pops was reading Malibu's thread about 2wd pulling. In about 80 hooks it's the first time he has had to restart, not bad for an old fart.

I see the Orange sled a good bit, it's like all of Love's sled top notch equipment. However, everything mechanical does have issues though.

Surely a professional puller like you Pops doesn't need a checklist??? :D

Not as bad as the guy who put it in reverse Pops. He hit the sled hard too. :D

I had several EFI tunes for it but did think the track would hold it. Maybe I should have tryed the little tune. Oh well. I had great time. Saw old freinds. Put faces to some screen names. Very nice meeting Ric, Mark, and Larry. Got play in the dirt. Saturday was good for my diesel soul!:)

Mat hit the rev limiter almost insantly of the line. I did not have a good vue of it but I heard the pan was down to start?

Stoneboro track is a tricky one. Power can hurt more than helps here. Add the heavy Orange love sled and it really becomes a drivers track IMHO.

Upon watching Pat's video, I don't see the pan dropped at the start of any of the hooks. If there is a sled problem, I'm not seeing it. Pat will post the video later.
The video is now under heavy security and will not be tampered with untill it's posted.:D

Watch the video of Matts second hook and my hook. The rear of the pan is six inches off the ground when Matt pulls and ON the ground when I hooked.

I watched it several times now. If the pan was down it was only down for Kevin. It was up for Mat and Ric.

I wasn't going to post these until I got a response from DHRA but since there is video already out here are the pics. Look at the rear of the sled pan.

Agreed! Kevin, you got screwed....I'll marinate and freeze TBB's Porterhouse and bring it to the TI Dyno event next weekend so you can have it as consolation....:)
