Have an 01 with an allison, starter grinds once in awhile on engagement. I heard there was a bulletin on this anyone have a similar issue? Thanx.

Ya I've had the saem issue since I bought the truck last March. I think it is a common problem. I am not worried about it, if it goes bang them ill get a new one. There is a thread about a way to fix it i belive it has somethign to do with the wiring. I'll post it if I can find it.
