Speedo problems

Hey guys, can anyone offer any insight to this problem? I have a o4.5 LLY and my dang speedodometer is sticking. It varies from 10 to 40 mph when I'm STOPPED! Just wondering if anybody has experienced this problem and can offer a solution. Thanks.

Yes, do a search for "speedo" or "gauge cluster".
