why get a dually with a short bed? get a 2500, almost the same thing just single rear wheel

i just can't figure out why you would want a short box dually...even with a dually you are limited to how much weight you can bumper pull...and with a gooseneck you shoot yourself in the foot with your turning radius...just not sure what kind of market a short bed dually cators too....must be another bold move:D

I owned a short bed, crewcab, two wheel drive, dually. '99 model. It had a 454. It was pretty neat truck and got a lot of looks. Gm said only five hundred of them were made. More of them were made with 4 wheel drive.

anyone have a picture of one of these old body style short box duallys i've never heard of one or seen one but sure would like to see one i would think one would look pretty sharp

I too believe it'd be cool to have,for cruisin around..Not so much for a work truck though.Haven't seen one for a couple years.Good luck trying to find one,I'll look around since I travel every week between Iowa and Texas
