Looking at the hitch in back, it looks like it bolts to the bumper. If i were to get a roll pan with a flip down liscence plate, would the hitch be fine where it is, or does it need to be relocated?

The factory hitch has to remain bolted to the bumper to retain what little strength it has.

You could replace the hitch with an aftermarket that does not bolt to the bumper. I don't think any do - only the factory one.

Street Scene makes a roll pan hitch for the Chevy also they make roll pans.
