Removing intake heater wire

Hey guys, just finishing up with a motor build. Using a 03 Y bridge on an 01 LB7, using intake heater port for a boost press sensor. My question is can the wire coming form glow plug controler be deleted without any issues? The wire goes to the stud on bottom step towards the front of motor, two studs on bottom step have blue wires going to them, I was going to remove wire going to heater and leave the blue wire hooked up. Does anyone know if this will cause any issues?
