I think the roof is ribbed in that area....sunroof wouldn't fit properly, if at all..
with the crew cab, the problem is that the sunroof needs to fit near the front before the ribs in the roof. In fact, that limits the max sunroof size in the crew cab. An extended cab can actually have a larger sunroof, Webasto dealers often put a bigger sunroof in extended cabs. With the crew cab spacing is tight, and they need to crowd the sunroof as far forward as possible to clear the ribs, which means even pushing the small overhead console forward an inch or so.Savage77;1556157; said:My truck has the long over head console inside of it. The one with the three seperate storage compartments. I was sitting in my back seat the other day and i wondered if it would be possible or if anyone had ever put a sunroof in the rear behind that console. I think it would be pretty sweet. And there is no way id give up that overhead console for a sunroof.
