Racor seems to be the thing nowadays.I've gone with the Lucas CAV unit that i bought from ebay.I bought two of them for $75 bucks. Both units have a deep glass bowl that work just great.I had to buy the special fittings though at a hydraulic shop to make it work for me.

the racor marine turbine series are a great way to go if you are running straight veg oil because you can wrap coolant heater hose around the outside of it to heat it, and the filter cartridges last a long time and are top loading for ease of changing on the road, and they are reasonably priced if you buy from www.marinefilters.com. You wont find any racors on ebay for any cheaper than this place - they are a very hot item on ebay.

I'm running a Racor filter on my 6.2 and I like it! It's also got the primer pump in it which is also a nice feature.
