I finally found why I always loosing coolant.

It is at the T coming out of the Coolant x-over. It looks like a plastic part that divert the flow of coolant.

Does anybody knows what that part is? whether it is available at the regular part store?

Yes, it's the heater hose quick connect. Should be able to pick one up at any parts store.

The fitting will probably break off. You can also get an extractor from the parts store.

Thanks. Can I just changed them out without draining the coolant?

Yep, You'll have a little leak out of the crossover unless you drain a little bit out first.

You could take the return heater hose off at the radiator and drain most of it in to a container.
